balanced experience
extra facilities excellent breakfast fast response high parking cost poor treatment unclear information
The room had extra facilities. I liked that. staff responded fast to requests. breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed it a lot.
No one told me about the parking costs at check-in. i thought parking was free. the front desk person said free parking was unlikely. I was treated poorly. i was disappointed.

robotic service limited options
the rooms were a good size for what i needed.
The front desk service felt strangely robotic. Smiles seemed optional. i also found the limited breakfast options a bit underwhelming, not a single decent croissant..

Comfortable Stay Downtown
kitchen amenities awesome location
The room had adequate kitchen amenities to prepare simple meals. A safety bar was installed in the shower room, which I found useful. The staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. They provided a professional service. The hotel's location is awesome and walkable to many places.
I noticed some scuffs on furniture in the room. This impacted the overall impression. Breakfast felt sub-par, with limited choices. Thorough cleaning should be prioritized in the future.

The hotel is close to docks where one can take boats and is near Robson Road for shopping. The area is fairly safe, so walking to restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops is convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel.

high-speed access charge infrequent housekeeping
The hotel's location was acceptable. It was close to the city center.
i found a significant problem with the wi-fi. i was charged for high-speed access though it was not made clear a free option existed when i got login details. (i contacted the hotel but received no resolution.) furthermore, the rooms were only cleaned every other day.
